Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by a participant:

• Up to one month before retreat: full refund of the registration fee, minus a $250 service fee

• One month to one week before retreat: 50% refund of the registration fee, minus a $250 service fee

• On or after one week before retreat: no refund is available

If a participant tests positive for COVID on or after one week before the retreat, we will apply 100% of their registration fee, minus a $250 service fee, to a future Curiosity Co-op retreat.
